Organica

Residential project · 2011 · Provo, Utah, USA

Winner of the T-Splines Design Competition 2011. Inspired by bone structures and caves, the project explores fluid geometry and a glazed atrium, developing the idea of breaking down the architectural box associated with Frank Lloyd Wright.

Eco-concrete, natural ventilation, solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, and rainwater reuse are integral to the proposal.

La Torre

First prize in Reale Mutua’s La Torre competition. A proposal for the renovation of Torre Littoria, with a rooftop restaurant and panoramic bar.

Rotunda

With architect Sonya Szymanska. A glass-and-steel toroidal structure combines the supporting frame with water collection, solar energy and natural ventilation. Competition entry, not selected.
