Shopping trolley

An integrated composite frame and a body produced in a single mould. The handle, gate and wheels are assembled automatically without screws.

The project optimises nesting and includes a planned take-back and recycling process.

A composite hand truck conceived as an alternative to metal. Finite element analysis guides the glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene structure; the high-load front platform is also made from composite material.
